helpful staff excellent location
the hotel had helpful staff. they were very kind and understanding of my needs. the location was excellent as well, i found many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
i really needed a coffee machine in my room. a microwave would have been useful as well. i did miss these amenities.

the location was indeed convenient to what i needed
i found the reception area difficult to distinguish from the cafe it was not clear where to check in the room itself lacked basic amenities such as face cloths also there was noise from the exercise room located across from my room
